Hey guys. Sorry it took me so long. Sundays are really bad for me to get anything posted for ORGs. But um...once again, I had a hard time thinking of a song to do, but I ended up choosing I'll Be There. Its a nice slow love song, and I think it's right up my alley, something I really need after last week. This week, I'm doing Mariah Carey's version of the song. I know it's almost game suicide to do Mariah but I think this version gives it that bit of diva-liciousness.

somehow, someway I feel like you DID NOT pull this off that well. Its a nice song and all, but the vocals just didn't match up that well with your voice. Your voice is deep and well Mariah is high/strong. Better luck next time.

You know I got love for you girl - and when I heard you were going to be singing this song my mind went right to Mariah's version and how she absolutely owned it. Then the music started and I realized that is where your mind went too. Probably not the best thing.

Why? Because just like I had to compare Kris to Michael ... Now I have to compare you to Mariah. And when it comes to hitting "those notes" ... Untouchable.

My gut tells me that if you did Michael's version .. it may have fared a little better. But you didn't. Like last week, right song .. wrong version for me, for you.
